Return & Refund

We do not accept requests for return, refund or replacement because our products are:

  • Not as what you expected or imagined;
  • Not as what you remember(ed) or think / thought the way they should be;
  • Not the same as the images on our website or marketing materials or social media platforms;
  • Not in the same/perfect shapes and sizes.

We only offer refund or replacement for the following circumstances:

  1. If we sent you the wrong product:

First of all – we apologize. 

What you need to do:

  • You should always inspect the contents of the parcel being delivered to you before accepting it. In case of any unacceptable discrepancies, you should reject receiving the parcel and NOT sign on the delivery waybill. The parcel will then be returned to us by the courier. Please also send us a message immediately, advising the discrepancy. We’ll arrange to send you the right products as soon as possible.
  • Please note that if you accepted the parcel, you CANNOT request for refund, return or replacement later, even though wrong products were sent. Your acceptance means you accept whatever you receive. Therefore, make sure to open the parcel and inspect its contents before confirming acceptance.
  • The wrong product must be returned completely, including the packaging materials.
  • In your message to us, you should:
    • show a picture the wrong product(s);
    • quote your original order number;
    • show the picture of the waybill, indicating that you’ve already rejected the parcel.

2. If the package is unacceptably broken or damaged when received:

What you should do:

  • Please do not accept the parcel and must not sign on the delivery waybill. If you accept the parcel and sign on the delivery waybill, it means you accept the defects of the parcel. Therefore, we’ll not offer any refund or replacement.
  • Within 24 hours of the receipt of the delivery, contact us at info@buffsso.com advising the refusal of the parcel, quoting your original order number and showing a picture of the broken/damaged package.
  • We’ll arrange to send you a new parcel. We’ll charge a small handling fee for this based on the charges of shipping companies in this respect.   We’ll charge exactly what is charged to us. We never add any additional fees for shipping.

3. For any problems that are not covered in this policy, please contact us at info@buffsso.com. We’ll try our best to solve it for you.

4. In case of any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.
