- The shipping information (address & recipient) you fill in on our website must agree to the shipping information (address & recipient) you provide to PayPal. We won’t proceed with the shipment until you’ve removed the discrepancies.
- Before you accept the shipment, make sure to open the parcel and inspect its contents. This is to ensure the goods reach you in a complete and satisfactory condition.
- By accepting the shipment, you confirm all your purchase is delivered correctly and satisfactorily in terms of product types, quantity and quality. Once accept, you acknowledge that you are not able to request for a refund or a return by arguments about product defects or delivery problems.

You should immediately send us a message by WhatsAPP to (852) 6484 7596 or, by an email to info@buffsso.com, advising the problems. Please attach photos to evidence your claim. We will deal with it as soon as possible.
